Shipping
We do our best to ship orders within 24-48 hours. All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. You will receive tracking information via the email address you provided once the item has been shipped.
Any pre-order items will begin being processed the date the items are received in store.
Free shipping is available for any orders of $50 or morewith delivery addresses located within the 48 contiguous states, excluding fundraisers, items that are not able to be shipped, or items otherwise marked.
Free Store Pick-Up
If you choose in-store pick-up for your order, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pick-up at our store, located at 601 Brannen St. in Statesboro, GA. Please do not choose this option if you do not plan on coming to the store to pick up your order.
Returns
We will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased Online based on the following requirements. We will not accept a return or exchange if received by us more than 21 days after the purchase.
TrueGSU.com orders may be returned by mail, or, if shipped to a U.S. address, may be returned to our store, located at 601 Brannen St in Statesboro, GA 30458 Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Return shipping and handling fees should be paid by the buyer. Items must have the tag(s) still attached, and receipt included in for refund or exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before you remove any tags.
We will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 21 days after the purchase.
Items marked Final Sale and ending in .97 cents and clearance items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
Masks, Neck Gaiters, opened food items, opened CBD lotion or any other items marked non-returnable, are non-returnable.
If you need to return your TrueGSU item, ship it back to us within 21 days of your purchase with the tags still attached and the receipt. You will be issued a credit to TrueGSU.com (no cash refunds).
